Marche Homes Direct is an Italy based real estate company who assist foreign nationals as they search, purchase and renovate their Italian Dream home. Due to the complex and often intimidating process, clients rave about the personal approach, and the network of professional architects and attorneys that assist every step of the way. Developing communications that reinforce a custom one-to-one approach, without overselling means tapping into the very emotional connection between buyers and the dream of owning an Italian villa. All efforts are launched from an internet base, to minimize the carbon footprint, and to maximize transfer of information. Online management of Images, property specifications, and architectural renderings mean site visits are optional. We tiered the marketing efforts by targeting the Micro level (prospects who are in the region of Italy) Mid Level - with International Print Advertising in publications whose circulation matched the highest AdWords conversion demographics, and on the Macro Level, with a website who's AdWords campaign strategically targets those nations who's affinity for the Italian Lifestyle is trending at high levels.

Growing the Fertility Network

New York Fertility Services | From Conception to Reality
Launched in 2008, Batzofin Fertility Services looked to position themselves as a unique source of fertility services that utilize eastern wellness practices and western technology to leverage the widest array of techniques against their client's fertility challenges. Equally challenging was developing a brandidentity, and campaign to speak to such a diverse base of people. Through careful development of website architecture, GFS Design Group was able to position BFS.com in the top 2 positions on Google for their 5 most desired keywords. We've furthered their cause by spreading their message, and listening intently to the conversation on Social Media channels. More conventional forms of communication include all of BFS's print collateral, as well as national advertising. The development, and traction their website enjoys has clients calling from the UK, Australia, and beyond in hopes of chasing the dream that is only realized through family. Clients of this nature are a welcome addition to our portfolio of success stores, it's within these fertility channels that we excel due to the intimate knowledge we posses. By managing multiple websites and PPC Analytic campaigns for Fertility-centric clients, we can get a broader view of the industry, and identify trends that keep our clients on the top of search engines.

Disney Promotion
Targeting the hotly competitive tween & young teen market, Disney sought capitalize on more established channels. Boys' Life (celebrating their 100th year) went straight to GFS Design Group to ensure that Disney's world class image was maintained, and Boys' Life's Centenial print issue and online channels were full of motivational content and advertising.

When Sega USA sought to launch their latest product evolution of the storied Sonic the Hedge Hog game property, they immediately reached out to Boys' Life & Scouting Magazines. With a cirulation of over 1.3 Million, the tactic had to fit the brand: Interactive media was the vehicle of choice - pulling it off required a multi channeled approach. GFS Design Group delivered.
